Tom Famularo
Partner and Chief Executive Officer
In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Tom has overall responsibility for the strategy and
ongoing operations of FAST. Tom is particularly focused on our long-term product development
strategy. Prior to FAST, Tom was the head of Product Development at NaviSys, where he and his
team built the leading life and annuity system. Tom designed the NaviSys Front Office system
and led the re-architecture of NaviSys Home Office. Tom also led professional services at NaviSys.
He provided hands-on leadership for all major projects and was directly involved in more than
25 successful policy administration systems implementations. After Accenture acquired NaviSys,
Tom was the global lead for life insurance software. Earlier in his career, Tom worked for
Citistreet for 5 years as a software developer.
Tom is an avid sports fan, who enjoys playing, coaching and watching baseball and football with his 3 boys.
