Michael Roe

Mike plays a key role in setting the company strategy for FAST. He also leads our strategic IT consulting
practice where he is focused on providing outcome-oriented consulting. Mike is the former chairman and CEO
of NaviSys, which he led for fifteen years. Mike personally wrote the initial version of the NaviSys system,
including the product calculation engine. Mike and his team grew NaviSys from a startup to a market leader
with more than 60 clients. Prior to founding NaviSys, Mike was a Vice President at The Golden Financial Group
where he managed the first successful corporate-owned variable life product. Earlier in his career, Mike held
management positions at Monarch Resources and Kepner-Tregoe.
Mike also sits on the Board of Directors of FirstBest Systems, a leading provider of modern software
solutions to property and casualty and workers' compensation insurers.
Immediately prior to joining FAST, Mike enjoyed a well-deserved two-year hiatus from business after the
sale of NaviSys to Accenture.
